Our additional Allied Health departments at Rush University Medical Center are important elements of our continued success as a leading health care provider. Each plays an essential role in the everyday function and overall experience of the care we provide our patients.
Positions in Allied Health are found in other areas throughout the medical center. One such area is Child & Family Connections. Our Child & Family Connections group is the single entry point for families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities. It is a grant-funded program through the Department of Human Service, Bureau of Early Intervention working in collaboration with the Rush Perinatal Center. From Family Care Coordinators to Parent Liaisons to Social Emotional Consultants, our group consists of 45 professionals servicing over 2,600 children.
