Child Care

The Medical Center has a fully licensed on-campus day care center.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Allows pre-tax contributions for reimbursement of eligible health care, dependent care, mass transit and parking expenses.

Paid-Time Off (PTO)

Used for holidays, vacation and sick time; employees accrue PTO on a pay period basis.

Non-Contributory Pension

The plan is portable and completely financed by the Medical Center.

403(b) Retirement Savings Plan with Matching

We'll match 50 cents for every dollar up to 6 percent of your salary.

Credit Union

Employees may join the health care Associates Credit Union.

Payroll

Employees are paid bi-weekly, and paychecks may be direct deposited to any financial institution.

Laurance Armour Day School (LADS) is an on-site, licensed and accredited child care facility providing quality infant/pre-school care and before/after school care for Rush employees.
