FOOD & NUTRITION JOBS
The Food & Nutrition group at Rush University Medical Center is an essential part of the outstanding care we provide our patients. Each year, we prepare and serve more than two million meals for our patients, visitors and employees. From food service for each patient room to cafeterias, kiosks, fine dining and conference centers, we service a variety of operations across the Rush organization.
This area also includes our Registered Dietitians and Technicians, who work directly with our patients’ nutritional needs. They also assess nutritional status and provide medical nutrition therapy as well as nutritional counseling. With an assortment of locations and professions, we offer extensive career opportunities in managerial and supervisory roles, as well as cashier, wait staff, bus staff and assistant positions.
